Karen's first production with Stage-Door was the 1999 production of Blitz in which she played a nun. Karen has played a multitude of roles in her time with Stage-Door, and winning an award for her performance in 2010 as Laura Warwick in The Unexpected Guest. She has also added to the next generation of Stage-Door's members, bringing along both of her children, Harry Perry and Nancy Perry to join the society.
